Vibrations for manifestation are a key component that new meditators and people looking to start manifestation often don’t understand (or worse, choose to ignore). Vibrations can be confusing concept particularly in the context of manifestation; what kind of vibrations are we talking about and how do we alter them?
The vibrations we’re referring to (and all others will when the context is manifestation) are the movements of the molecules in matter all around us.
It might not seem like it, but even the molecules in solid objects vibrate, though very subtly. In comparison, the molecules in a gas would vibrate at a much faster frequency and magnitude.
Now, we’re not going to be physically changing the state of matter; that’s not what manifestation is about. Instead, we’re aiming to change the vibrations in our bodies and our minds. These vibrations, their frequencies, and magnitudes determine what kind of energy we’re manifesting and the affirmations we’re reverberating throughout our mind.
That’s all good and dandy, but how do we alter these vibrations? First, think of a time when you felt really happy and positive; did your physical state change and influence those around you too? This is the effect we’re trying to achieve, by tuning into positive frequencies, our vibrations for manifestation will promote the attraction of positive energy.
With that said, let’s get into how we can achieve this goal:
Meditation
Meditation goes hand in hand with manifestation so you will absolutely need to make time for it. Generally, too, meditation has countless benefits for our mental states and is a highly effective way to calm down after a rough day of having your vibration frequencies all rattled.

When meditating, your goal will be to attract positive energy and good things, ideally those that bring you closer to achieving your goals. What I’ve personally found to be really helpful with meditation, especially when your mind is jumpy and all over the place, is listening to ASMR that stimulates my frequencies in just the right way. Feel free to experiment with your own ways and find what helps you best!
- Keep Your Thoughts in Check
This step involves fighting bad thoughts and negative urges right as they come to you. Did someone just cut you off on the freeway? Consider letting them go, raising the volume on your favorite music or radio, and continue basking in your positive vibes.
This is often one of the most challenging things to do especially when it’s pretty much second nature for us to stop and swear at someone who does us wrong on the road. However, you’ll find that once you stop letting things like this alter your positive state of mind, your vibration frequencies will follow along and propel you towards good things almost effortlessly. Therefore, if you see a negative thought, fight it and don’t let it affect your mental state.
- Gratitude Journaling
Even besides journaling, gratitude is one of the best qualities for a person to have. Being thankful for good things in your life show you just how good you have it even if it doesn’t feel like it at times. Your mileage may vary but sitting down to write about the things you’re grateful for in life leads to pages upon pages of journaling and may help you recognize value in you life that you often take for granted.
The way this affects your vibrations for manifestations is by attracting good things since you’re focusing on the good things in your life. As you may already know, when you think about negativity and a lack of things in your life, you manifest those things further. So, be on the contrary, and start being gratuitous for the good things in life! (Ideally in a gratitude or manifestation journal).
- Check Out Oracle Cards
Oracle reading is a process which allows you to see what you’re feeling and the way you might feel about a certain situation. When it comes to oracle cards (in comparison to tarot cards), you’ll find that there is no structure to them and there’s usually a greater amount of energy in them too. Even if you’re not buying them specifically to help figure out how you’re feeling, you have to admit that they’re pretty to look at and could make an excellent addition on a vision board!

- Consider Scripting
Scripting is similar to visualizing; you’re writing and imagining things in a scenario where you already have them! This form of visualization is one of the most worthwhile ways to align your frequencies with what you want to manifest and it paints the clearest image of a future where you have achieved your goals. If you want a new car, picture being in that new car, driving it, feeling the interior, the way it drives, basically every detail you can think of; the more the better.
This method of manifestation focuses on the Law of Attraction; you’re attracting what you want most by narrating a story where you already have it. Besides, let’s face it, daydreaming about the desires we yearn most for is one of the most pleasing feelings in life which gets even better when we actually achieve those desires!
- Put on a Smile
This isn’t the easiest thing to do, especially on a bad day where it feels like you can do anything but smile. However, pushing past that barrier and letting you face glow is one of the best ways to get positive frequencies and energy flowing throughout your body.
So, the next time you feel negativity flow through you, force a smile and expel all of that negativity to replace it with positivity!
